All our makeup items have passed basic safety tests. However, skin tolerance varies from person to person. For sensitive skin, we recommend doing a patch test behind your ear first. Discontinue use if redness or irritation occurs.

What is the shelf‑life of makeup? How long can I use it after opening?

Unopened products generally have a 3‑year shelf‑life. Once opened, we suggest using them within 6‑12 months. Stop using immediately if you notice discoloration, strange odor or texture clumping.

Why does my foundation cake or look patchy? How can I fix it?

This is usually caused by insufficient skin hydration or poor pre‑makeup preparation. Apply moisturizer and primer for dry skin. Build up makeup in thin layers instead of applying a thick coat at once.

My makeup arrived slightly broken during shipping. What should I do?

Minor breakage may happen due to transit vibration. Small cracked pieces can be pressed back for continued use. For severe damage, please contact customer service with photos for after‑sales support.

Do I need a dedicated makeup remover to take off cosmetics?

Yes. Foundation, eyeshadow, lip gloss and other makeup should be thoroughly removed with makeup remover oil or micellar water, followed by facial cleanser to avoid pore‑clogging residue.
